Calm Starts Here: Lower Stress--Increase Contentment
June 30, 2011
Hi

Lower Stress and Increase Contentment

We’re highlighting three ways to lower your stress levels and increase the contentment in your life as you enjoy the start of a new season. Let's look for ways to recharge our goal setting, remind ourselves that healthy eating can be simplified and that it's always great to share laughter with others. You'll feel better, both inside and out.

Take Time to Follow Your Dreams!

A person with great dreams can achieve great things. If you are a person with dreams, you are a person who knows the rewards of success. Enjoy the process of striving for your dream. Wake up every morning excited, because every day is another opportunity to chase your dreams. End your days with smiles on your face; knowing that you did all you could with what you had. Remember that people, by and large, will become what they think about themselves. So go after that dream—stay positive even when things don’t always go well—learning as you go along. You’ll experience less stress and more positive rewards for yourself.
