So now we are going to relax, put our feet up and enjoy family and friends. It's time to relax and rejuvenate with a more simplified and healthier lifestyle.

To accomplish this goal, I'm using A Wellness Inventory. It is a "whole person" wellness program designed to help you gain personal insight into your state of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The program offers guidance and tools to transform this new awareness into lasting changes in your life, and a renewed sense of health and wellbeing. Great insights for self improvement!

By the way, we just received the August 2011-August 2012 journal book from momAgenda Day Planner Products. We know that you all like technology, but there is something personally gratifying in writing things down on paper, and it's rewarding when you can scratch off completed tasks and appointments that have turned into accomplishments. They have some great stylish products over there.
