4. Cut Back on Caffeine. Consuming caffeine interferes with hormone levels in women and also increases the loss of calcium. You can lower your reaction to stress and improve mental performance if you cut down on the amounts of caffeine you consume.

5.Have Healthy Snacks Available. If you eat to relieve stress, try munching on carrot sticks or crisp fruits as an alternative to chips. Include a few protein bars in your car or purse as an energy boost if your blood sugar level drops.
